Sentinelware - Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing Sentinelware products and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Service.

Sentinelware provides digital software products, including source code for Discord bots and automation tools. These products are intended for authorized automation, moderation, and scripting workflows.

Products and Services

Sentinelware offers the following types of products:

Source Code Products (e.g., Minion Bot): Full source code provided with lifetime access upon one-time purchase.
Subscription Products (e.g., FlowForge): Time-limited or lifetime access depending on the plan selected.
Specialized Tools (e.g., AfterLab): Environment-specific tools with pricing available upon inquiry.

Source Code = Lifetime Access: When you purchase a source code product, you receive full access to the source code with lifetime rights for personal use. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.

License Grant

Upon purchase, Sentinelware grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased products subject to these Terms:

You may use and modify the source code for your personal or business use
You may NOT redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense the source code to any third party
You may NOT claim ownership of the original source code
Your license is personal and cannot be transferred to another individual or entity

Violation of these license terms may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

Refund Policy

⚠️ Limited Refunds for Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital products and immediate delivery, refunds are limited. Refunds may only be issued for verified technical failures where the product cannot function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

All purchases are considered final once the product is delivered
Source code products are non-refundable after delivery as you retain access to the code
Contact support within 7 days of purchase for technical issues
Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in permanent ban from all Sentinelware services

Payments

Payments are processed by Polar.sh, our third-party payment provider. By making a purchase:

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
You are responsible for any applicable taxes
Sentinelware reserves the right to modify pricing at any time

Acceptable Use

Sentinelware products are intended for authorized automation, moderation, and legitimate administrative use. You agree NOT to use our products to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on third-party rights or terms of service
Engage in fraud or unauthorized access to systems
Harass, abuse, or harm others

User Responsibility: Sentinelware products are tools. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable third-party platform terms of service (including Discord's Terms of Service). Sentinelware does not facilitate or condone any unauthorized or prohibited activities.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for:

Breach of these Terms of Service
Redistribution or sharing of licensed products
Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
Abusive behavior towards staff or community members

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The products will meet all your requirements
The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
The products will be compatible with all systems or third-party software

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTINELWARE AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Any damages resulting from your use of third-party platforms
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service

Intellectual Property

Sentinelware and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sentinelware and are protected by intellectual property laws. While you receive source code access for personal use, the underlying intellectual property rights remain with Sentinelware.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
